Appearances worldwide

David Emanuel has been appearing on TV screens worldwide. He has been sought after by all international networks for every major royal and fashion event. This led to his own US shows on NBC, CBS & ABC as well as multiple appearances on UK networks and news channels.

‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’

Over the years Emanuel has always been approached to take part in many celebrity charity TV quiz shows. However, in 2013 he was once again approached to appear in the 13th series of ITV’s ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’. This time he decided to take the challenge. David’s appearance in the Jungle endeared him to a whole new generation of fans as, over the 21 days he was on screen, he became something of a ‘National Treasure’ – the father figure of the camp. The public voted and David was ‘runner up’ on the all-time ratings-busting series. The season has been ITV’s biggest to date with average viewing figures of 11 million a night.

Television

2016 saw David join the TLCUK family as Host & Creative Director of their new flagship show ‘Say Yes To The Dress UK’. Emanuel’s involvement in the show gave TLCUK the biggest ratings in their history. Success of the first season of 40 x 30min episodes led to the commissioning of seasons 2, 3 and 4 making a total of 160 x 30min episodes which continued to TX on primetime TLCUK through 2019. ‘Say Yes to The Dress UK’ is broadcast worldwide across all territories.

Due to the success of the show David soon became known as ‘The Face Of TLCUK’ across multiple broadcast and corporate platforms, an association that has been incredibly successful for David and the network to date.

TV spin-offs

Due to the ongoing success, TLCUK commissioned a ‘spin-off’ show for David: ‘Say Yes to the VEGAS Dress’. Between filming season 3 & 4 of the flagship show, Emanuel travelled to Vegas, the wedding capital of the world, to Host and Creatively Direct a 5 x 60min series which follows him around the legendary city, dressing brides and organising their weddings within 24 hours. This exciting show aired primetime on TLCUK throughout September 2018 and continued to broadcast in all territories worldwide into 2019.

The future is bright for Emanuel. With original programming already in place, there is interest from several production companies and national networks to develop new shows and move the David Emanuel Brand to the next level.
