Author of Tolley’s Managing Stress in the Workplace, Carole is the founder of the Carole Spiers Group, an international stress management and employee wellbeing consultancy working with equal success in the cultures of the UK and the Middle East. For over 20 years, its clients have included leading companies such as Accenture, Al Habib (Oman), AXA, CNA (Qatar), Etisalat (Dubai), Dubai Cables, IBM, Kanoo Group (ME) and Walt Disney.
Carole has also established herself as a provocative weekly columnist for Gulf News and is a past president of the London Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association. In the UK, Carole launched National Stress Awareness Day on behalf of the International Stress Management Association UK, of which she is a vice-president.
