Olympics & Cricket
Steve Bull has served as the Headquarters Psychologist for Team GB at three Olympic Games. He was also the principal Leadership Coach for the England & Wales Cricket Board, working closely with the squad who succeeded in regaining the Ashes. He is a Chartered Psychologist, author of eight books and a high performance consultant.
During his 30 year career Steve has coached CEOs, Olympic Gold Medalists, NATO officers, professional actors and university academics. He served as the Great Britain Team Headquarters Psychologist at three Olympic Games, a role which involved working across all sports with athletes, coaches and team managers. He also worked with the England Cricket Team for 16 years – during which time he served in the roles of team psychologist, leadership coach and change management consultant.
Winning The Ashes
Whilst Steve was working with the team, they regained the Ashes from Australia after 18 years and went on to reach the top of the world rankings for the first time ever. He has a PhD in performance psychology and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for “outstanding contribution to international sport psychology”.

Steve has worked as an executive coach and business psychologist since the late 1990s specialising in creating high performance environments. He delivers development programmes focusing on high performance leadership, team effectiveness, culture change and resilience. He has consulted with a wide range of blue chip companies in Europe, the USA and the Middle East.
