Nigel Redman Academy Coach

After retiring from playing Nigel was appointed National Academy coach. Part of the main coaching body of the England team and also as a commentator for Sky TV.

Olympic Coaching

Nigel Redman also worked with premiership football coaches, and summer and winter Olympic coaches through UK Sport; before being appointed elite coach development manager for British Swimming in readiness for Rio 2016. He was integral part of the rejuvenation of Team GB swimming. As the team achieved six medals at the Rio Olympics (one gold and five silvers). He is now planning strategies for success in Tokyo in 2020.
