Simon Cotter: Corporate Comedian

After achieving success as an executive for a real estate company; ascending the corporate ladder from top sales person to that of a top management person. Simon Cotter set his sights on a new profession, Comedy. It didn’t take long for Simon to become one of the most popular and highly requested comics on the college circuit.

For four years straight Cotter was entertaining over 50,000 students a year across the country with his unique comedic style. Inevitably, due to his immense popularity within the college market. Over the years, Simon has appeared at the Just For Laughs appearing on CBC-TV Galas four times, CBC’s Comics! as well as CTV/The Comedy Network’s Comedy Now!

International Comedy

Internationally Simon has enjoyed success on A&E’s Evening at the Improv, The Comedy Store TV Show (UK), and the BBC’s The Stand Up Show. No stranger to Comedy Festivals, Simon became the first Canadian to land in the finals of the San Francisco Comedy Fest. Winner of “Canada’s Comedian of the Year” award, Simon B. Cotter’ has hosted his own comedy special on CBC and has had guest appearances on a number of shows; including Open Mike with Mike Bullard, and CBC’s Comics.
