Beginning his career in stand up comedy in 2005, Marlon Davis made the final of two national contests; Laughing Horse and So You Think You’re Funny at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival the following year. Very quickly and firmly setting his status as a rising star on the comedy circuit.

Marlon Davis has supported Kevin Bridges, Michael McIntyre and Alan Carr on tour; and is performing at clubs, arts centres and theatres all over the UK. Marlon’s act is inspired from his up bringing, in urban Britain; tackling its social issues with skilful characterisation. In just a short time, new comer Marlon has compiled an impressive list of credits; writing and performing in the MTV show Brown Eyed Boy, winning the FHM Search For A Stand Up contest, appearing on the BBC2 Stephen K Amos Show.

With a dash of South London cheek and one of the warmest smiles on the circuit; Marlon made waves on Chris Moyles’ Comedy Empire. In his stage set he weighs up the pros and cons of being brought up by separated parents. Mum had food in her fridge, dad just had cheese and a tennis racket.
