Kerry Godliman is best known for her appearances on Mock The Week, Live at the Apollo, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Taskmaster, Hypothetical, Ultimate Worrier, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Royal Variety Performance and 8 Out of 10 Cats. She has appeared on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order; as well as Sky Max’s A League Of Their Own, There’s Something About Movies and Richard Osman’s House of Games.

Kerry’s acting talents have seen her receive critical acclaim with her best known for her roles in hit series Derek, Bad Move, Save Me, Carter’s Get Rich, Call The Midwife, Mascots; as well as starring in the hit Netflix series After Life which was hugely popular on both sides of the pond, so the second eagerly awaited series will be released in 2020. Kerry has also joined the cast of Adult Material, a new Channel 4 drama about the porn industry; it is expected to air later this year.

Also a regular on BBC Radio 4, Kerry has appeared numerous times on The News Quiz, The Now Show, I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue and Just A Minute; as well as her own series Kerry’s List and a starring role in the hit series The Wilsons Save the World. Kerry also recorded a podcast series called Memory Lane during lockdown.

Comedy Beginnings

Kerry, trained at the Rose Bruford College soon after appeared in numerous Television and Theatre productions. While still managing to perform regularly on the UK comedy circuit.

In 2003 she made an impact in The Babycham Funny Women Stand-up competition, for which she received a special mention. She also won second place in The Hackney Empire New Act Final in 2004 and was subsequently asked to be part of BLING BLUSH & BONK with fellow stand-ups, Ava Vidal and Roisin Conaty at The Edinburgh Festival where she was described by Chortle as “the one to watch”.
