Danny is a British comedian and magician and is fast establishing himself as one of the most popular performers in showbiz with a unique style that combines improvisation, story telling, audience participation and the odd bit of magic.
He began his career whilst working as a resident magician for Harrods. After impressing the crowds, he was invited to perform at private functions for various celebrities including Liam Gallagher, Patsy Kensit, Bruce Willis, Kevin Kline and the Sultan of Brunei. At this point Danny started to perform on the comedy circuit.
Danny has travelled all over the world as a performer whether it’s entertaining the troops in Bosnia, Belfast, The Falkland Islands and Diego Garcia or performing in comedy clubs in Germany, Austria and Singapore.
He is also a favourite with cruise bookers, regularly working for the likes of Disney, Oceania, Silversea and P&O. He was also invited to support Victoria Wood on her national tour. This led to Danny being asked to participate in the show, Victoria Wood and Friends, at the Adelphi Theatre, London.
Danny has already appeared in his own show for Channel 4, Danny does Tricks. Other television appearances include: Funny Business (ITV); Late Lounge (Bravo); Net.Comedy and Bedrock (ITV 2). In 2003 Danny made his Edinburgh Festival debut at the prestigious Edinburgh Assembly Rooms in an extremely successful double-hander with fellow magician, Mandy Muden.
Danny is a much sought after TV warm-up artist, having worked on various shows such as the BBC series, Dead Ringers and Dinner Ladies, amongst others.
In 2004 Danny fronted the BBC One prime-time Saturday night special, Secrets of Magic, alongside John Lenehan, Etiene Pradier and Simon Biene.
Danny continues to perform on the comedy circuit, warming up television audiences and gigging at comedy clubs across the country.
