John works as a coach, leadership and team developer throughout the world and has combined a highly successful 25 year career working at the top level in sport, business and the police.
He has worked with a wide range of clients including Ashridge Business School, Loughborough University, Henley, London and Cranfield Business Schools, RFU, London Wasps, Bristol Rugby, Bath Rugby, RFUW, The British Olympic Association, UK Sport. Middlesex CCC, MCC, plus blue chip companies such as Tetra Pak, NHS, Orange, GSK, Yell.com, Coke and the BBC.
John applies an experimental learning approach specialising in coaching, team development, management process and leadership, especially in a fast changing pressurised environment. His approach is engaging and participative, encouraging a hunger and passion to learn and apply knowledge in a really pragmatic way.
He specialises in the development of a range of approaches including his latest research into neuro science which enables individuals, leaders, managers, coaches and performers to think and act effectively under pressure of performing in a chaotic environment.
John worked with many of the 2012 Olympic Coaches in their preparation and delivery at the London 2012 Summer Olympics. John is a qualified executive coach and mentor and client director at Ashridge Business School of the Breakthrough Leadership Programme for Coca Cola in Africa.

Matthew Willetts MA is the Director of Comicus who has over 35 years experience in television, film, theatre, and comedy club/cabaret entertainment, working as a performer, screenwriter, producer and agent. He lectured at Southampton Solent University in Comedy, Screenwriting, Television, Theatre & Radio. Matthew can sometimes be seen and heard on TV & Radio and often quoted in the national press and media publications. As well as speaking regularly at festivals and industry conferences, he has been a judge at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Montreux Television Festival.
